in 2024!
The Lord met with us powerfully during the Fall SAVE NEW ENGLAND Conference! God anointed each part of the meeting. The congregational singing was inspiring, the special music was moving, the preaching was convicting, and the teaching was transforming.
On Monday night, we heard the burden and ministry plan from six New England Church Planters. Some have already started their churches and others are on deputation raising support. A spontaneous prayer meeting broke out during the offertory as God moved mightily to a piano and organ duet of the song “Jesus Saves.” Pastor Peter Chamberland preached a powerful message entitled “How Far Will Faith Take You?” People with tender hearts filled the altar.
On Tuesday, the teaching sessions covered a wide variety of timely subjects. After a delicious lunch hosted by the members of Curtis Corner Baptist Church, the afternoon sessions began.
Pastor Paul Chapman interviewed Evangelist Dwight Smith from Shelby, NC who was here helping with the REACH RI GOSPEL MEETINGS.
Finally, the Board of Save New England had a Question and Answer session on a variety of topics asked by those present.
We are so thankful to God for His tangible presence at the meeting. Pastors were encouraged in the work, and people were helped.
